Babylon Migrants Project is seeking a Regional Researcher. The role will be for 20 days at £150 per day, and will run for up to 4 months on a remote basis.
The basis of the role is to research creative and/or social provision for young refugees, asylum seekers and migrants outside of London, and identify an area in the UK where there is particular need and where Babylon Migrants Project would be well-placed to step in to create this provision.
You will carry out prospect research, reporting back to the Director and Co-Director, making recommendations for priorities and project alignment, and playing a key role in building a new hub for Babylon Migrants Project outside of London. As part of the role, we hope that you will carry out visits to particular areas to meet with different communities, and you will be allocated a travel budget for this purpose.
Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser
We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with demonstrable experience in trusts and foundations fundraising. They will have had success in identifying new opportunities, keeping track of funding deadlines, and writing grant applications and proposals. The Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser would be responsible for helping us grow our income from a range of fundraising sources, with a main focus on trusts and foundations.
You will work closely with the directors and leadership team to understand funding priorities, identify potential funders, and develop compelling funding bids. You will have experience in writing and submitting successful funding proposals and applications and of meeting fundraising targets.
