OUR IMPACT

Since 2022, Babylon has grown from an idea into a thriving community of young people; creating opportunities to connect, create and lead.

Across our London and Stoke-on-Trent hubs, we have worked with over 200 young people from refugee, asylum-seeking and migrant backgrounds, delivering 140 creative arts workshops working with expert artist facilitators.

Through our Leap Programme, we have trained 14 of our participants to become facilitators.

“I became more of a believer in my dreams."

Beyond our hubs, we have reached more than 2,800 people through workshops, talks and public events.

Through our industry networks, we have supported participants to DJ at festivals such as Glastonbury, produce and screen films with The Roundhouse, and exhibit their artwork in professional spaces.

Led by our founder Ali, our team has delivered workshops for UNHCR, the Refugee Council, the Red Cross and Ben & Jerry’s; opening up more informed conversations about migration and displacement.
